I do not want the government running health care or anything else. They ruined social security (which is broke officially). The social security trust fund has no money, only IOUs. Medicare is a joke. Anything the government touches they mess it up. I've seen it personally having worked 21 years for govt. Our union AFSCME was also a joke, full of corruption. The average taxpayer having never worked for govt has no idea what goes on. I admit our health system is not perfect, but a federal takeover is NOT the answer. I agree with you.
