Thanks to the internet, Chase Online Banking has made it possible for its clients to do a lot of their bank transactions wherever they may be. As long as they have a computer and internet access, banking with Chase can be done at any time of the day.
I am not a huge fan of banking with a mega bank like Chase Bank, but if you want all of the bells and whistles in your online banking experience, Chase Online does have a great online website.
Chase Online
The online banking website homepage, www.chase.com, actually has a very simple look to it with just a few hints of the Chase corporate colors. The layout is simple and columnar with straightforward graphics and no fancy fonts, very easy to read. You will never miss the log in or registration because it’s right there under the Chase logo.
All services involving consumer businesses are grouped under specific headers where you can easily find the subject titles. All you need to do is find and click on Savings or CDs under “Personal Banking”.
Chase Savings
Depending on the speed of your internet connection, the links take you almost immediately to Chase Savings which is perfect for savers who are just beginning their savings program with a low minimum initial deposit of just $25. Chase Plus Savings has a minimum initial deposit of $100.
Chase Checking
Combining it with one of Chase checking accounts can earn the interest on your savings. However, Chase does not have the best savings account interest rates. Chase bought Washington Mutual late last year. It is too bad they Chase didn't keep up with WaMu's interest rates. They were really high.
Chase Money Market
You can also find Chase Money Market Savings and Chase Retirement Money Market Account where you can earn higher rates as your balance increases to maximize your returns.
Chase CD Rates
Click the CD link on the homepage and you will find the current rate for Chase CD of a 36 month CD has an APY of 1.01% or the current rate for Chase CD Specials of a 60 month CD has an APY of 3.00%, to name a few.
In general, it is uncomplicated and is user friendly. All you need is your computer and internet access. Chase Online Banking has made it truly easy and convenient.
If you are looking for the best interest rates, I can't recommend that you open a Chase account. But, if you want a rich online banking experience, Chase Online Banking offers great features.

I’m not a fan of Chase, they gobbled up WaMu which had a really simple interface and great transaction history section and gave us a more complex, less functional interface (in my opinion of course ) but your right it does have plenty of bells and whistles. We are getting used to using the new system but I do miss the WaMu site
CHASE HAS MESSED UP MY ACCOUNTS.
FOR 21 YEARS, THE FORMER BANKS HAVE HANDLED MY MONEY WITH NO PROBLEMS.
NOW IT IS A MESS.
